No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations Policy

Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer hygiene and product integrity, Peaches India does not offer any exchanges, returns, or cancellations.

Because we specialize in curated export surplus items, our inventory is limited and often consists of unique expensive articles. Once an item is dispatched, it cannot be re-integrated into our sustainable stock. We kindly request that you review your selections, size guides, and product descriptions thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Store Credit & Refund Policy

At Peaches India, we operate under a strictly non-refundable policy. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

In the rare event of a discrepancy with your order, our team will review the case on an individual basis. If, after our internal assessment, a resolution is warranted, we may, at our sole discretion, issue store credit. This credit is valid for future purchases. By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that cash refunds are not an available remedy.
